By accessing and using Chatzo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Chatzo is a SaaS platform that allows users to create AI-powered chatbots for customer support and self-service. The service includes document processing, AI training, and chatbot embedding capabilities.
- AI chatbot creation and management
- Document upload and processing
- Document processing and content extraction
- Chatbot embedding and integration
- Usage analytics and reporting
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for spam or harassment
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
5. Content and Data
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you:
- Grant us a license to process and store your content for service delivery
- Warrant that you have the right to use and share such content
- Understand that content is processed using AI technologies
- Agree to comply with our content guidelines
6. Subscription and Billing
The Service operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:
- Free trial packages are provided with limited functionality
- Paid packages provide additional features and higher limits
- Billing occurs on a recurring basis according to your selected plan
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Billing information is required for all paid subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (see Section 15)
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
- Immediate resolution of all technical issues
- Compatibility with all third-party systems
- Performance under all network conditions
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chatzo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chatzo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chatzo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Refund Policy
We offer the following refund terms for our services:
Refundable Items:
- Service Issues: Refunds for service outages exceeding 24 hours
- Billing Errors: Immediate refund for any billing mistakes on our part
- Duplicate Charges: Full refund for any duplicate or unauthorized charges
- Technical Issues: Refunds for technical problems preventing service use
Non-Refundable Items:
- Token usage and chatbot interactions (consumed immediately)
- API calls and processing (consumed immediately)
- Service usage after activation
- Change of mind after service activation
- Partial usage of any kind
- Refunds for violations of Terms of Service
Refund Process:
- Contact support at billing@chatzo.cloud with your request
- Provide order number and reason for refund
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
